Disassembly method for outer spherical bearings
1. First loosen the locking screw on the eccentric sleeve of the bearing with an hexagonal wrench, and then insert a small iron rod into the countersunk hole on the eccentric sleeve of the top cover, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the rotation direction of the shaft.
2. Loosen the bolt holding the bearing seat. Remove the bearing from the shaft along with the bearing seat. Note before removing the bearing seat at one end of the shaft. The bearing seat bolt at the other end of the shaft should be loosened so as not to damage the two ends of the bearing due to mutual stiffness.
