The application of self-lubricating slide plate

Application in mechanical design:
In mechanical design, if the following difficulties are encountered, the solid inlaid self-lubricating slide plate can be considered to be preferred
1. Under the condition of low speed and heavy load, the oil lubricating film cannot be maintained;
2. Work at high or low temperature, or the ambient temperature changes greatly;
3. Work in corrosive media such as seawater or other chemical liquids;
4. Shock load is easy to occur during work;
5. It needs to start frequently or under high load;
6. Long maintenance cycle or high maintenance cost requires long bearing working life;
7. Due to the working environment or mechanical structure limitations, it is difficult to supply lubricating oil.
According to the working conditions used, our company can provide customers with various types of metal alloys. It can be made into shaft sleeves, flanging bushings, thrust washers and other products. Self-lubricating bearings can be provided as standard products, or they can be produced according to the drawings provided by customer needs.
Typical applications of copper-based inlaid solid self-lubricating slide plate:
1. Support bearings for mining and construction machinery, guide sleeves for large-scale covered stamping dies, bridge bearings and slide plates, etc.;
2. Metallurgical equipment, casting machines, conveying tracks, high-temperature blowers, drying furnaces and bearings for hot rolling mills in steel mills in high-temperature environments;
3. Food machinery, textile printing and dyeing machinery, papermaking machinery, printing machinery and other occasions that need to reduce pollution. It is used for dam work arc door hinge bearings, gate bearings, turbine bearings and petroleum machinery that need to be corrosion-resistant and water-resistant;
4. Other industrial bearings.
5. Copper-based inlaid self-lubricating parts can provide types: flanging bushings, slide slide plates, thrust washers, bowls and other types according to user requirements.
