Structural Principle

SF-1 adopts a "steel base + porous bronze + PTFE" three-layer composite structure:

Steel backing: Provides mechanical strength and thermal conductivity

Sintered bronze layer: Serves as connection skeleton and heat dissipation

PTFE surface layer: Core self-lubricating layer that forms a transfer film during friction to achieve oil-free operation
