It is an axial gasket made of copper alloy or carbon steel, with high-purity graphite columns embedded on the friction surface. It utilizes the solid lubrication property of graphite to achieve long-term stable operation without the need for oiling and with low friction.

Material Introduction
The base material is made of high-strength tin bronze (CuSn8) or carbon steel, with a hardness of HB 70-90 and excellent load-bearing capacity. The friction surface is evenly embedded with natural graphite with a purity of ≥ 99.9%, which continuously releases lubrication particles during the friction process, forming a continuous lubricating film, effectively protecting the friction surfaces. This structure combines the supporting rigidity of metal with the lubrication performance of graphite, and is suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperatures, dust, and water splashing.
