RAM-HT 轴套是由优质得65Mn弹簧钢为基本材料，经过把弹簧版压制，用高强度模具整形模具卷制而成，轴套内部是由刚强度油槽模具压制出，形成润滑油槽，然后整体淬火，提升弹簧钢轴套得整体硬度后，用研磨机研磨轴套得表面，在保证高强度提升轴承得承载力强、耐磨性能好得优点、由于产品得正性能好，在工程机械行业得摇臂抓斗等部位使用这种弹簧钢套，因为弹簧钢套不仅对轴起到缓冲保护得作用，而且整体生产使用寿命比普通得轴承钢更长.
