The KSEW Slide Plate is a self-lubricating slide plate made from high-strength brass (CuZn25Al5/C86300) as the base material, with solid lubricant (graphite) embedded into the working surface of the base. The standard thickness is 20mm, and it is one of the standard models in the mold standard parts system of MISUMI and other manufacturers. This product is manufactured by embedding special solid lubricants at appropriate positions. The metal base material supports the load, while the embedded solid lubricant provides lubrication. Even under harsh conditions, it exhibits excellent self-lubricating durability. It is most suitable for locations that require frequent oiling, reciprocating motion or frequent start-stop operations, and locations where oil film formation is difficult.
