Bronze bushings, thrust washers, nut rings, worm gears, electrode blanks, slide blocks, seal rings
Tin-bronze, aluminum-bronze, beryllium copper, chrome-zirconium copper-stock on the shelf, cut and machine same day
Max OD 800 mm, max length 1200 mm, one-setup turning to keep concentricity
Sequence: rough turn → finish turn → mill → bore → grind. Heat-treat done at a fixed sub-supplier, no second-tier hand-offs
Prototypes, small lots, rush jobs all welcome. Blanks out same day, finished parts in three days (hardness report included)
How we keep them right
Incoming material checked three times with a spark-OES; wrong chemistry = rejected before it hits the rack
First article full CMM; if the tolerance band is tighter than 0.02 mm the inspector signs off before we continue
Every operation scanned: drawing number, tool offset, measured value logged-traceable ten years back
Shipment includes mechanical test, conductivity, hardness, UT report-no surprises at your receiving dock
Parts vacuum-bagged, foam-wrapped, boxed in plywood; no dents, no fingerprints
Price
