Definition

Guide grooves and guide blocks are typically used in the core-pulling process of sliders in injection molds or die-casting molds, helping the sliders move correctly within the mold and ensuring the smoothness of the core-pulling action. The inclined guide pins play a guiding and positioning role in injection molds and die-casting molds. Especially in the cavity demolding structure with an inverted twist, the inclined guide pins can help the mold open smoothly and achieve the smooth demolding of parts.
