SF-1 adopts a three-layer composite structure: steel back + copper powder layer + PTFE lubrication layer. The steel back provides high strength support and good thermal conductivity. The sintered copper powder layer serves as the connection framework and assists in heat dissipation. The PTFE composite lubrication layer forms a transfer film during friction, achieving permanent self-lubrication without the need for any external oiling.
This structure combines the high load-bearing capacity of metals with the low friction characteristics of PTFE, with a friction coefficient as low as 0.04 to 0.10.
