Bronze Sleeve

Definition

The FB090 bronze bearing uses high-density copper alloy strip with a special formula as the base material. Its surface can be rolled into rhombic or hemispherical oil cavities and oil grooves according to the user's requirements. It has the advantages of high density, large pressure bearing capacity, good wear resistance and long service life. It can replace the traditional cast copper sleeve, reduce the volume of machinery and lower the cost. FB090 has been widely applied in lifting machinery, construction machinery, automotive and tractor chassis, machine tool industry and mining machinery. It can also be made into forms such as bearing shells, flanged bearing sleeves, thrust gaskets and ball bowls.
