The high-pressure brass-in-matrix graphite self-lubricating guide sleeve is a core standard component of the precision mold guiding system. It is made of ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3 (High-Li Brass) as the base material and is embedded with solid graphite lubricant through a special process to achieve a lifelong maintenance-free self-lubrication performance. This product breaks through the limitation of traditional guide sleeves relying on oil film lubrication, and is particularly suitable for high-temperature, high-load, low-speed heavy-load and situations where oil cannot be added. It is an ideal guiding solution for precision manufacturing fields such as injection molds, stamping molds, and automotive molds.
