Product Overview: 

The innovative steel-back copper alloy composite structure is designed for heavy duty, high temperature and harsh working conditions. Through metallurgical bonding technology, the high-strength steel matrix and wear-resistant copper alloy layer are perfectly integrated to achieve an excellent balance between load-bearing capacity and self-lubrication performance.

Bimetallic composite structure: 1.5-3mm thick CuSn8 phosphor bronze layer (containing 8-10% tin) combined with high-quality carbon steel matrix

Extraordinary bearing capacity: static load up to 180MPa, dynamic load 80MPa, PV value up to 60N/mm² m/s

Temperature adaptability: -40℃ to +280℃ stable operation (short-time temperature resistance 350℃)

Precision manufacturing: inner diameter tolerance ±0.01mm, cylindricity ≤0.005mm
