Definition

Self-lubricating copper bushings, also known as graphite copper bushings, self-lubricating wear-resistant bushings, self-lubricating bearings, self-lubricating shaft sleeves or self-lubricating guide sleeves, are mechanical bushings that can maintain good sliding performance without the need for additional lubricating oil. Its main material is high-strength brass, and solid lubricants (such as graphite) are evenly inlaid on the surface of the copper sleeve. This structural design enables the copper sleeve to automatically release lubricating substances during operation, forming a stable lubricating film, which significantly reduces the coefficient of friction and wear rate. The Zhaoxu Automation self-lubricating copper sleeve is made of high-strength brass as the main material, which itself has excellent compressive strength and corrosion resistance.
