Definition

FB092 is made from high-strength tin bronze strip (CuSn8) as the base material and is precisely rolled into shape. It has uniform wall thickness and high density. The shaft wall is processed with regular lubrication holes (straight holes or inclined holes), which can form a stable oil film when used with lubricating oil, significantly reducing the friction coefficient. Compared with cast copper sleeves, FB092 has higher material utilization rate and cost advantage, and is widely used in medium and low-speed heavy-load parts of engineering machinery, automobiles, agricultural machinery, etc.
